The primary user can reissue password for a delegate user. Please go to "User Control", choose the user under "List" and select "Reissue Password". Then input user ID, reset password, and tick the box marked with "Reset Password Error Count". The whole process is completed upon receipt of the authorisation from the primary user.
Reissue password for primary user:
The primary user must apply at the account opening bank where the corporate internet banking account was registered for the reissuance of password. For security reason, the corporate internet banking can only reissue the password for delegate users.
